How to Pack your Items
Feel free to use your own suitcases, holdalls, tote bag, tog bag, or sports bags. We secure all of these in to polythene bag and security tag them. You can also make use of any new cardboard carton which is double walled and these will be transported as they are. Please remember to label your bags and cartons with your name, address at destination and telephone number. Any shipment on a delivered to door must not have any single piece greater than 30 kgs.
We can supply cartons in accordance to the below specifications, with a roll of buff tape to seal your cartons. Please call us on 0800 652 7111 to order your cartons. It is often better to order more than you require as unused cartons can be returned to us and we will credit your account. The returned cartons must be in reusable condition for the credit to be issued.
A delivery charge of £15.00 will apply when ordering cartons. This charge does not apply if you are a “walk-in” customer.
The charge of the cartons and the delivery will be taken via credit card at time of ordering.
